I see a lot of bad reviews on this place and I feel like the odd man out. My boyfriend and I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The management team has been helpful, sweet and very understand as my boyfriend and I moved into the apartment. The management team has been passionate about getting us into our apartment and putting up with me calling and asking about the apartments status. They even moved us into an apartment that was cleaned 2 days prior to the original apartment.
The appliances are outdated, but they work and upon walking in the first time it was clean and well taken care of. The carpet was clean, no smoke smell, no noisy neighbors, walls where clean, bathrooms spotless and the kitchen area was beautiful. No, the apartment doesn’t look like the show case room, HOWEVER the apartment is wonderful. The AC works quite well, especially getting into the warmer months, and the windows, doors and cabinet are superb!
Overall I would recommend this place to anyone. I am sorry for anyone with bad experiences.

Charged $10 a day because I couldn't pay Water/Trash bill. Two months ago, the management underwent a change where we couldn't pay the bill for a few weeks. Because of that I was unable to pay water/trash/sewer bill. So they charged me $10 per day on $48 bill. I called and asked Lindsey Management to reverse. The answer was no.
They said because what they do is apply to the oldest balance, not where I had preauthorized it to go. I preauthorized $435 per month for rent ONLY!
This management company is really scandalous. I can't wait to move. They are taking money whenever and wherever they can. They should be sued.
Also, the roaches are crazy here. You wouldn't think looking at the outside, but this place has a serious bug problem. It is disgusting. Every morning, I getup and vacuum up roaches. All my dishes and pots and pans are in plastic containers. I can't even watch tv without roaches in the carpet on my living room table. I have had several extra pest treatments. Nothing helps. Never leave dirty dishes in the sinks. All food is put away. This place is so damn nasty. They say they do pest service, but I don't think so. One day, I let the guy in to do the service, and he walked in and right back out. I don't think they do pest control here unless specifically requested. They need to do it monthly. It's a shame because I was hoping to live here several more years until I am ready to buy a condo, but I have to move by the end of my lease. I just can't take the roaches anymore.

Called for information regarding application and deposits and was told they would have an opening mid-February, so I paid the application fee at the beginning of the month. Their system then showed a pending move-in date of 13 Feb, but when I called for additional information the employee told me there would be no openings until March at least. Since I am needing to move ASAP (and told them this when I first called) waiting until now to change what they are telling me causes significant hardship for me, especially after I was initially led to believe I would be able to move in next week.
Regardless of the excuse, the end result is that I lose the application fee based on staff that is either deceptive or simply not doing their job very well. Had they given correct information in the first place, I would have never even considered applying for this particular apartment.
