Had a lovely stay here. The lobby area is beautiful, and the scotch library is unique. There are several nice shops inside, including a coffee bar, and several restaurants.
The rooms are nice: comfy beds, bathrobes, etc.
I was surprised at how quiet the room was at night, even though the hotel was full.
The grounds are gorgeous. The pools are nice, plenty of seating. The lazy river is really slow-going. Tip: wear flip-flops even when you're walking around the pool area. The pool decking is a light red brick, and it gets HOT.
Another plus for this resort is that it's a very quick walk to Kierland Commons and the Scottsdale Quarter.
We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back.

I am a neighbor of the Westin Kierland Resort living along the golf course. Beware staying at this hotel if you value the serenity of your stay. Currently, there is a third rate band playing in the parking lot for 4 hours straight until 10 pm for the second time this week. The amps are to the max w/ bass pounding. Your children will not sleep &, if you value peace & quiet, you will be disappointed. It appears this hotel appreciates the party goers at the expense of family visitors.

Was here for a conference but thoroughly enjoyed the food that was catered along with 2 of the restaurants on property. The large screen TV that faces the back foyer is a great space to enjoy a beverage and a snack as you watch. Gym is well equipped and also has a peleton for those that might subscribe. Did not experience the spa or golf given the purpose of my visit but heard from others that they were great
Enjoy your stay!
