Indian Canyons Golf Resort - South Course Ratings & Reviews

Customer service at the North Course as a whole was unsatisfactory.
Was forced into a foursome which we (a pair including myself) didn’t want as we had reserved the tee time for quite some time and we’re from out of town as well. Felt very militant which left an uncomfortable feeling before the start of play. The marshal came out twice to tell us we were too slow on the course, yet we had requested just the twosome in the first place as we were going to play best ball as that would’ve sped things up for all. All the marshal did was patronize us by saying, “I know,” but didn’t appease to our request anyhow, so we took it upon ourselves to rectify the situation. Felt rushed throughout the whole game, leaving with a bad experience, and of course, a bad game. Plus, the pro shop closes at 4??? Anyhow...
The only reason I’m not giving a one-star review is because the course was nice, so no complaints there. We will be coming back to the Palm Springs area, but frankly, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to Indian Canyons.

This place was great. Customer service was fantastic. We played the North course which was nice and then a replay at the South course. The south course is phenomenal!!! The only bummer is the sun set in the middle of our 18th hole. I guess it gives me an excuse to go back to finish.

There are 2 accessible and rewarding hikes in this area. Both hikes offer quick ascent which then open up opportunities for great views. The golf course is a an oasis of green in the midst of the desert. 140 Hikes by Phillip Frantz is an excellent guidebook to use. The contents lead to these trails and many more.
