A tale of two courses. Front 9 is hilly and greens are postage stamp-sized. Accuracy is a must. Back 9 is flat and kind of wet but much more forgiving.
Pros: Laid back atmosphere. Friend has a heart issue and they didn't have a problem with us driving where normally it wouldn't be allowed once we told them. Greens are pretty good and consistent overall. The fairways I was on were decent but not fantastic.
Cons: some tee boxes were in terrible shape and need complete overhaul. Greens on front almost too small (10 paces deep?). Biggest issue is the amount of blind shots especially on the front, and very poor descriptions as to what the hole is like. For a first time player I found myself driving up 300 yards from the tee box to find out what the hole was like. No map at the tee and the scorecard map is embarrassing, frankly. Holes 19/20 that ate used during events when other holes are shut down are laughable.
Overall though it was green and pace was good. I've only gone once and I'd try another course again before going back. But if it's your first time playing then it's worth a shot for you.

This place is absolutely beautiful. I went to this venue for a concert and was impressed with everything. The event staff were all very helpful and seemed genuinely happy to answer your questions. I can't wait to go by and see another concert and I have to go back because I want to play a round of golf on this course.

Fabulous concert venue! Clubhouse tickets are worth the price by offering appetizers, private restrooms, and bar. Good view of stage and beach. Parking is free.
