For anyone new to it, Harvard gulch is a world class course. Its difficulty is matched only by it's elegance as a natural work of art, it will please you just slightly more than it challenges your emotional stamina. The raw, obvious beauty of the rolling hills and sometimes-filled creek and lakebeds cloak it's deep mysteries. You're in for a treat. It costs $10 and you can rent clubs there for $1 / club. It's the honor system for bringing the clubs back, a 9, wedge and putter will do everything needed. The course is BYOB so bring along a PBR tall boy or two if you'd like.
