Great place to bring your family! Not crowded and slopes for all levels of skiers. Brought my mother in law for her ‘buck list’ trip. Enrolled her in ski school and at 63years old she struggled to keep up with the class. The ski school manager, Paul Britt, saw her struggling and took her under his wing! Before Paul, She was ready to give up and about in tears. By the end of the day she was getting on the lift and skiing down a green. She had a blast all because Paul truly wants everyone to have the best experience! He is a great teacher and can’t say enough good things! We will definitely be back.

For a small resort, it does offer much. The most difficult runs are well segregated from the easy ones, ensuring beginners and experts don't trip one another up. The magic carpet is small, but a great place for young children to start learning. The lodge had enough room for everyone on a Saturday and the prices were not too outrageous.

This is an incredible place to visit and/or stay! We visited during mid-late December...it was absolutely beautiful with breathtaking views all around you. First, the location, the housing & amenities were AWESOME! If you enjoy the outdoors this is the place for you. You can hike, ski, snowboard, snowshoe, snowmobile, horseback riding, fishing... your possibilities are endless. It is also conveniently nestled between Winter Park(another wonderful place with lots to do) and Grand Lake(which boarders Rocky Mountain National Park). We also seen several deer all around us and that was enjoyable! If you get the opportunity to visit you better Jump on it! We stayed next door at Mountainside( hot tubs in the master bedrooms) but it's pretty much all the same location!
