9-Hole Championship Course at Tampa Bay Golf & Country Club Ratings & Reviews

It's a nice place to live. It's a senior development and has it's fair share of grumpy old residents with too much time on their hands. Association meetings are a zoo most of the time and associations are not very responsive. The golf course superintendent is very responsive. One of the main complaints is that the early owners were promised free golf for life. The current management went back on that promise. The poor management at one time hired bad lawyers and consequently, many residents aren't required to pay dues while the rest of us have to pay more. All and all, it is a nice place to live. The golf course is pretty nice from what I hear. We don't play golf, so we can't speak from personal experience. It's probably no better or worse than any other golf communities. Most of the residents are pretty nice. If you are thinking of moving here, just do your homework and you'll be ok.

Great place to play a relaxed round of golf for a fair price. Not flashy but very well maintained and challenging holes. I play once or twice every year and it is very well kept.
