Sad experience. My husband and I arrived this evening for our room that we had booked for our one year anniversary. We called a few weeks ago to book a spa room just like the one we had for our wedding night. (Spa room has a nice jacuzzi on the outside patio.) When we arrive we are then informed that they have no spa rooms available and that they are under construction. We tried explaining to the front desk that the spa room was really the main reason for us booking at which point we were told that it didn't make sense that we were booked for a spa room since they had been under construction prior to our even booking. Not only were we not offered another option, nor were we offered to speak to management, or did staff even sympathize with us. It's very sad that the customer service here does so little to remedy mistakes made by staff. I will not be coming back.

My girlfriend and I went to the restaurant for brunch. There was a buffet that we elected to pass on given the fairly high price tag (it did look very good, however), and ordered fairly simple fare from the breakfast menu. The ingredients were of a superior quality and quite well prepared. The only problem with the experience was how limited the menu was, but those opting for the buffet won't have that problem. The price difference between the two experiences was significant, as the price of our breakfasts with a coffee was about two-thirds the cost of one buffet.

This place is amazing. He's had an annual work banquet there two years in a row. friendly staff although I can't for the life of me figure out why I have to buy a ticket for a drink and then get the drink from another person. Especially when they are standing literally right next to each other. This place over looks the marina so it has a beautiful view.
