Decent course, they usually keep it in fairly good condition. Staff is nice, pace is usually pretty decent as it's not usually overcrowded. I'd recommend this course for players transitioning from greenhorn to intermediate skill levels, there's a decent amount of relief for people who still have a bit of a slice. I'd say it's at the level that Seneca is, but lesser than Quail Chase. Still a perfectly playable course that I've never regretted playing.

Greens & bunkers we're very good. Tee areas in fairly rough shape, but playable, just not a big area to choose from to tee up. Fairways we're OK. 2 of us played on a Sunday afternoon in just under 3 hours, a big plus.

Worst experience ever! Loose grass everywhere, fairways, tee boxes and greens were terrible! After 2 hours and 10 minutes for our foursome to play 9, we went into the clubhouse for a hotdog and some a.c. (94°) outside, we were told to take our food and hurry up to the 10th Tee.. I will never return nor will any friends or colleagues.
