The back nine is a great course for the beginner. The holes are mostly par 3's & a couple 4 par's. I learned to play on this course
Then tought my wife. We still are not great players but continue to get better. The prices are very reasonable. I think for the public only pay's $9.00 for 9 holes members pay only $3.00 for 9 and $6.00 for 18 holes. The front 9 is more challenging it's par-5 course with long hair ways. Every time I have visited the course it's. Been in great shape. We have a new manager as of a couple years ago . I say we since I'm a member of Sandy pines resort who owns the course.. I get no benifet for a good review. This is my opioopi of the course. We love to play the back 9 since niether of us can drive the ball much more than a hundred yards
We just go to have fun playing golf together.

Nice basic course. Taken care of and if your are a SP member or associate, it's crazy cheap. Oh and they sell beer. 🤪

A campground that is a gated community? Seriously, they expect visitors to pay a $10 fee just to visit. Properties are way to close together. The membership fee, HOA fees and the cost of the unit is extremely expensive. For that kind of money I can buy a small cottage on a lake up north and NOT have any of the loooong list of rules that each tenant must abide by. Wouldn't even consider buying a unit
