Although the revered No.2 course invariably commands most of the headlines, the No.6 course is not to be overlooked when visiting Pinehurst.
Gently sweeping dog-leg holes add to a layout that's full of interest and variety. Each hole is memorable in its own right. The challenging back-nine feels more natural and scenic, and contains some of the layout's best holes.
Residential properties are more in evidence on the front-nine, although even here they tend to discreetly blend into the hole-lining pines and dogwoods.

Great challenging course while not so difficult that it makes you want to toss a club in a lake. Loved it.
