This was just okay. The good - hardly any lines during the first session of the day, we were able to mostly walk right up and ride. Staff was helpful but didn't get in the way. Also easy process to buy tickets and a minute later we were tubing. Session length is good and setting is pretty. Runs were fine but nothing special.
The bad - $35 is a lot for less than 2 hours of activity and a tube. If I were to go back to this area I would much rather pay $20 to visit Grandfather Mountain or ski for half a day. Just didn't seem worth the cost, especially since they want another $35 to email you photos.
Also, they advertise magic carpet lifts but they really only service 2/4 runs. We ended up dragging our tubes up an icy hill several times. And the quality of the snow deteriorated pretty quickly during the session.

You can get the best deal on a non holiday weekday and go for two sessions. The facility is very nice with the staff being considerate and helpful. This was the best tubing we've done! Even though it's warm outside and some lanes were closed, it was a blast!

Our family had a good time here, but we wouldn't feel welcome to return. From the smart mouth on the phone to the short session times we were offered to purchase to the hurry up and get out announcements at the end of our visit. We'll go snow tubing again as a family, but not at this place of business. If the owner is reading this, you may want to check on the customers overall experience to keep or increase your business.
