My mother and I stayed one night recently. Kate, at the front desk, was exceptionally kind and accommodating. She made sure our room was close to the elevator...and when we got home and realized we had left a very important bag in the restaurant she arranged to have it shipped to us! She really did a great job making us feel special. She is an excellent representative for the standard of care all guests should receive. Thank you Kate and Woodcliff!

We had a party of 25 people stay here. The staff accommodated our every request, and put up with us as we found ourselves getting a tad bit loud after we left the bar/restaurant. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was perfect for our morning rise. We've been here before to get massages, and had a great experience then too. We love the experience at Woodcliff.

Worst experience with the worst service. Flew across the country for a wedding to get checked in 2 hours late, house keeping knocking on the door over an hour early asking when I would be leaving so they could clean, elevator didn’t work so I had to carry all my bags down, the front desk didn’t apologize, didn’t offer me any solutions and charged my card twice. I waited 5 days for management to call me after my verbal complaint when we left and have now waited another 5 days for a response via email. Don’t waste your money. The service is 0 star. Respect is definitely a 0. Hospitality is a 0. Review is a 0. I would never return to a place with such low standards for their staff.
Keep in mine I was there for less than 24 hours.
