This is the best maintained public course I know. Bunkers contain real sand but some tee boxes show wear. This is a 27 hole course playable by golfers of any level. Two of the nines are walkable.
There is no club house but there is a small restaurant available. Sometimes there is a refreshment cart but often enough to count on. Bring extra water as the number of water stations has been reduced.

Cool course on an old apple farm. All the trees are still apple picking height! 18 holes located on gently rolling hills, with another 9 playing with serious elevation change. Mix and match to your liking! Range has the option of hitting off grass most days.

Okay golf course but poorly administered with an overly attentive Ranger squad. We made a reservation and showed up in a timely manner. THEN we learned that there was an outing as well as school playoffs at the same time. Play was very slow as we followed the students. Not really a big problem. Once they were finished our pace picked up. On our back nine we must've been approached five different times by Rangers asking us if we were in the right place (we were a twosome, and always right where we should have been). Yet the Rangers regarded us suspiciously. They'd become nicer once they realized that we weren't lost, but they were. Like I said: it's an okay golf course, but definitely not a destination golf course.
