Excited about a trip to a 'new destination'. Expectations were HIGH. Expectations were exceeded. 'Golf Villa' was comfortable for the four of us. Amenities were greater than anticipated. Staff is very accommodating and professional. Pool, Spa, three nine-hole courses. Hotel restaurant undergoing 'end of Summer' staff changes. Wait staff outstanding. Mallard restaurant at Clubhouse very good. So much to do. Close to Mount Hood(20minutes to Timberline Lodge).

The resort itself is nice and in a forested area near Mount Hood. It has a great outdoor pool and recreational facilities and games room. The cable package in the rooms are fantastic with lots of movie channels and the like for the evenings. The staff were so so, our room only got serviced by housekeeping once of the three nights we were there because they said they were short staffed. When we ran out of toilet paper and called the front desk they said it was impossible for them to get us any and that if we wanted some we would need to drive to the local store to get some. When we told the front desk manager of this when we checked out she apologized and refunded us some money with was nice. Would have given it 4/5 stars had the staff at the resort been more customer service oriented.

Stayed for two nights, our good friend got married about ten minutes from here. The staff was courteous and friendly. Very nice location, close to highway but tucked away, so it's quiet. There's no continental breakfast that I was aware of, so you'll have to pay since it's not included unless you book a package deal. Having said that, the breakfast was delicious and the wait staff was good.
