I don't understand how these people make business. Employees harass you for bringing money or business. There is one white guy who seats left side counter. I don't understand how the company pay him for his lazy, poor customer service. He miss inform customers just to get rid of the from the counter by telling them expensive price, and look at you like you are coming to rob him.he hide himself by the computer monitor screen, avoids eye contact, because he don't want to serve lot of customers.Sometime i noticed chewing his snuff. The bilingual guy is another headache. I appreciate the assistant manager if luckily find him. Only he rush a little bit. If you guys think your business stay last longer, you are tricking your self. You need to wake up quickly to keep your business alive. We are in a fast paced and highly competitive business world. Whoever own this place need to replace or train the sales team or with vibrant sales team with friendly service. If you guys think your business earn enough money good for you. But don't forget that you can double your profit by improving the above mentioned defects. I came to your store many times, but i don't give you my money with you poor service or come to be harassed or miss guided by your crew. There are many part store with good service, cheaper price. I will make business with them.

Great parts but 1 particular person at the store is rude doesn't want to do his job and all he wants to do is dip his snuff. I ordered a part for my car over the phone and went to pick it up it was never ordered. One of the other guys ordered it and I had to wait 2 hours for the part to arrive. That's not the complaint but they need to get rid of the fat redhead guy and not to mention he over charged me for the part. If you go in the store head right because there is a fat lazy guy on your left with a bad attitude. BE WARNED
