Older Muni with a regulation nine and a short nine. Well maintained and fun place to learn to play. They have putting greens and a driving range.
Range is good but mats only.

Mick Riley is exactly what I need. Let me explain: I'm retired but very active. However, I have serious back problems and type 2 diabetes. I need to exercise every day walking at least a mile and sustaining activity for a minimum of 30 minutes. Mick's par 3 is the perfect April to October solution two to three (sometimes 4) days a week. A beautiful mile and a quarter walk through wetlands 7 minutes from my front door on a par 3 9 hole course that doesn't require me to try to hit a long ball. When the course isn't crowded I can play a round including a short warm up on the driving range and practice green in under 90 minutes. The venue is also excellent for teaching the game to young people. Course conditions aren't always great, but the overall experience given my goals is outstanding. My review does not include the regulation 9 hole course, since I don't play it.

Nice small course, with reasonable green fees. I have never had much of a wait to get on the course (par 3 side, then another 9 regular). They have a shaded driving range, so that can be a huge plus in the heat of the summer day. Definitely worth a visit for a cheap public course.
